Great People and Great Work!‎‎ I decided to call Neighborhood Carpet Care since they were a local business. The owner was very polite on the phone. He have me an estimate over the phone and scheduled the appointment right then. I have two labs that stay indoors most of the time and my carpets were filthy. The technicians that came over recommended pretreating the carpet with a pet stain product just like the owner said. These guys did an AMAZING job on my carpet and I couldn't believe how courteous and nice there were. Prices were very, very reasonable! I will be calling them again next time.

Exceptional customer service ‎‎ I found Neighborhood Carpet Care online after calling several companies to schedule move-out carpet cleaning for my apartment. Other companies would only schedule an appointment if I had them see the apartment first and were unwilling to work out a time to do so. I work 8-4 Mon-Fri, with a 40 minute commute each way. After wasting too many lunch breaks making endless phone calls with no luck I called Neighborhood one night after work. To my surprise the owner answered the phone(while he was at home!!). I gave Bart some basic information about the apartment and my time constraints with my work schedule. He was able to give me a very reasonable quote over the phone, schedule me an appointment on the day I preferred, and arranged to pick up a key with my leasing office so I didn't have to take off work. They did an amazing job cleaning the carpets. No exceptions to the quoted price. The whole transaction couldn't have been easier. I was very satisfied. I plan on using them in the future and would recommend them to anyone who needs carpet cleaning!!

Today my carpet (3 rooms/1 hall and 1 stairs) were cleaned by Blen and I have to tell you of the wonderful service I received. Everything was top of the line, including on time arrival, detailed pre-inspection of carpets, care in moving equipment into my home, pre-treating every stain I pointed out, care with moving equipment around my home, excellent job with main phase of cleaning and he did this all with incredible efficiency as well (I was watching for all of these things and he delivered!!).

Main point equals I had great service today from Blen (who was working by himself) and because of him I will recommend your company to all my friends. Also, I am thinking of getting my carpets cleaned sooner than I had thought because of how easy this whole process was today.

I couldn't be more pleased with the service I just received from Neighborhood Carpet Care. I had multiple rooms and furniture done and they all look fantastic. My 32 year old Karastan looks brand new. Bart and Ceasar were extremely professional, prompt, proficient and caring. To top it off the price was less than originally quoted. Wish I had another home for them to do!!!

Fantastic Service and Job

I called Neighborhood Carpet Care after hopeless attempts to schedule carpet cleaning services with Sears and Stanley Steemer. Both Sears and Stanley Steemer turned down my business since I live in a terrace level apartment with no guaranteed parking at the front of the building or an outside water hook up; the job "simply couldn't be done" they said. I had received and saved a flyer for Neighborhood Carpet Care and after seeing their website and their affordable prices compared to other companies, I decided to give them a call. The owner, Bart, answered the call and couldn't have been nicer (he was even part of the team to come out and clean, you wouldn't see that from Sears!). He said that he hadn't seen an apartment yet that they couldn't tackle; they brought all of their own water and while I saved a parking spot for them towards the front of the building but not completely at the front, they made it work. My carpets look fantastic - they got spots out that I really didn't think could come out. I'm so glad I gave them a call, they provided a service at a reasonable price that big name companies like Sears and Stanley Steemer couldn't deliver. Plus, I believe in supporting local business owners! With great prices and great service I strongly, strongly, STRONGLY recommend this company :)

I didn't get a chance to thank you for doing such a great job on the carpets. I was very impressed when I got to the house later that night. The upstairs looked brand new and the horrible stains on the carpet downstairs were minimized greatly. The house smelt wonderful as well. I am glad we got that vacant smell out of the house finally! I have recently used Neighborhood Carpet Care to clean the carpets in my new house before we moved in, & to clean our favorite sofa before it was moved into our nice new home. I was so impressed, I asked the guys to come back and do our exit cleaning at our old house. The love of my life- a yorkie named Wilson- left some pretty interesting spots (it is a good thing he is cute). The guys did a great job - the place looks better than when we first moved!

The guys were quick & professional & knowledgeable. I will definitely call them again.

Neighborhood Carpet Care is a professional service company that provided carpet cleaning for us even when their company van received body damaged in an accident on the way to our house.
