About the Owner

Bart E. Baxley

Native of North Carolina

Graduate of East Carolina University

Married to Amanda and has two beautiful girls, Emma Caroline and Hannah Elizabeth

Bart learned the importance of placing value on the client and superior customer service by growing up in a family owned business and working for other family owned businesses. As a result, he has a love for the service industry because of being able to work directly with the client and providing services that are among the best.

Bart’s family is active members of First United Methodist Church in Fuquay-Varina, NC

Bart and his family moved to Fuquay-Varina about 6 years ago because they wanted the small town charm that both he and his wife  grew up with. There’s something powerful about living in a neighborhood with people you get to know very well over the years.  Families build bonds that last a lifetime and it is exactly that kind of feeling Bart hopes to nurture in Neighborhood Carpet Care.
